寄簃高致--浅议沈家本的法治改革思想与理想

摘要

主要分析了沈家本“贯通中西”的法治改革道路的合理性、先进性，逐步推导、探究其法治观的高尚性，充分肯定了其法治思想和法治理想，反驳了认为沈家本思想是一种没有超越时代局限性和阶级局限性的观点。%The paper is analyzed the rationality and advancement of Shen Jiaben's rule of law reform road that is combined the Chinese and the West , then deduced and explored its superiority step-by-step.Shen's thoughts and ideals of rule of law reform are fully recognized and the point of view that Shen's though s did not transcend his time and class limitations is refuted .
