运用SWOT分析法分析我院高职教育事业发展

摘要

As college age population decreases in China, the number of College Entrance Examination takers keeps dropping in 4 successive years from the peak since 2008, which results in the upcoming crisis of student shortage for Higher Education. The shortage of students would announce the end of scale development era and raise a problem for every university and college. This article makes a SWOT analysis of our college and proposes some countermeasures in terms of quality, programs and staff qualifications.%随着适龄人口总量的减少，普通高考人数从2008年的历史顶峰连续4年下降，生源危机步步紧逼。生源不足，规模发展的终结，是每一个高校必须面对的问题。文中通过SWOT分析法分析我院高职教育事业发展面临的有利因素、不利因素，提出今后发展的对策。
