力矩限制器在线测试系统开发

摘要

力矩限制器是起重机必需的安全保护装置，其稳定性与可靠性决定了起重机的安全运行。针对力矩限制器的功能特点及硬件组成，开发一套在线测试系统，用于检测力矩限制器在线组装的质量及产品的可靠性。该系统由上位机测试系统、通用测试板、测试工装等部分组成。通用测试板模拟力矩限制器的负载信号，检测力矩限制器的相应功能，判断力矩限制器是否正常运行，并把测试结果上传至上位机测试系统进行显示、统计、分析。经过生产线的实际使用，该系统能够正常运行且能够检测出力矩限制器存在的制造缺陷，保证了力矩限制器的产品可靠性。%Lifting Moment Limiter, the safety device of crane, determines the safe operation of the crane. In view of its functions, characteristics and composition, a set of online testing systems are developed to detect online assembly quality and the reliability of the products. The systems consist of a PC test system, a general test plate and test fix-tures and other parts. By simulating the load lifting moment limiter signal, the universal test board detects whether a lifting moment limiter run normally, and uploads the test results to first place machine test system for display, statis-tics and analysis. The application of the system on production line proves to work well in detecting manufacturing de-fects, which guarantees the product reliability of lifting moment limiter.
