水洗机制砂在罗阳高速的研究与应用

摘要

近几年来，高速公路建设飞速发展，地材资源日趋紧张（尤其是河砂），已成为制约高速公路施工进度、质量、成本的关键因素之一。针对这些情况，公司利用隧道、路基石渣，自行设计、组装了一条水洗机制砂生产线，摸索出一套较成熟的机制砂生产及应用经验，取得了较好的社会、经济效益，可供类似项目参考。%With the rapid development of highway construction in recent years, the shortage of construction material (especially river sand) has become one of the key factors which greatly influence the construction schedule, quality and the cost. To overcome these difficulties in highway construction, our company designed and assembled a produc-tion line of washed-out mechanism sand based on the tunnel and roadbed slag stone. A mature technical system for washed-out mechanism sand production has formed, and the application practice has reaped fairly good social and economic returns, providing references for highway construction of similar projects.
