目的 了解佛山市男男性行为者(MSM)抑郁症状发生率,探讨抑郁症状与社会人口学、性行为特征、社会支持和负性生活事件之间的关系.方法 采用现况研究方法,通过同伴推动抽样在佛山市招募18岁及以上的MSM,用自行设计的问卷及自评抑郁量表等3个量表收集相关信息,使用加权非条件Logistic回归分析抑郁症状的相关因素.结果249名调查对象平均年龄(31.90±8.50)岁.49.70%已婚,读书年限6年以上居多(85.30%),96.00%有工作.性取向以双性恋为主(56.70%),同性恋占30.30%, 65.90%的人通过实体场所寻找性伴.抑郁症状估计的总体发生率为34.80%,低年龄(OR=3.30,95%CI:1.42-7.70)、经历较多负性生活事件(OR=1.82,95%CI:1.01-3.29)和实体场所寻找性伴(OR=2.62, 95%CI:1.33-5.16)可增加抑郁症状的发生风险.结论 佛山市男男性行为者抑郁症状与年龄、寻伴场所和负性生活事件有关,应对该人群有针对性开展干预,减少抑郁症状的发生.%Objective To investigate the prevalence of depressive symptoms and its relationship with demographic and sexual characteristics,social support and negative life events among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Foshan. Methods The authors performed a cross-sectional study in which they recruited MSM who were 18 years and older by respondent-driven sampling. Demographics information and sexual behaviors were collected using a self-designed questionnaire. Depressive symptoms,social support and negative life events were investigated using self-rating scale. Weighted non-conditional Logistic regression was used to explore potential factors associated with depressive symptoms. Results Among 249 participants,the mean age was 31.90± 8.50 years. 49.70% of them were currently married,and 85.30% of them had more than 6 years education.56.70%of them were bisexual orientation,and 65.90%of them found sex partners in the real world. The population adjusted prevalence of depressive symptoms was 34.80%. Multivariate analysis showed that younger age,more negative life events and finding sex partners in the real world were associated with depressive symptoms,and the adjusted odd ratios (95%CI) were 3.30(1.42-7.70), 1.82 (1.01-3.29) and 2.62 (1.33-5.16), respectively. Conclusion Younger age, finding sex partners in the real world and more negative life events are risky factors of developing depressive symptoms. The effective measures should be taken to decrease the depressive symptoms among MSM in Foshan.
