以杉木为实验材料,在不同配方的培养基(①MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L,②MS+IBA0.5mg/L,⑧MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L)中进行了组织培养,观察了其愈伤组织的形成及分化。结果表明:6-BA与IBA配合使用.可以更有效地诱导愈伤组织的形成。%Taking Chinese fur as research object, this article conducts tissue culture of it in the different formulations of the medium (①MS+mg/L+6-BA0.5IBA0.5mg/L;②MS+IBA 0.5mg/L;③MS+6-BA2. 0mg/L@IBA and 0. 5mg/L) ,and observes the callus formation and differentiation. Through the experiment, it proves that the use of 6--BA in conjunction with IBA can be more effective in inducing callus formation.
