浅谈广西富硒茶的发展前景

Selenium is an essential trace element for humanhealth .T he concentration of selenium in tea is 0 .08~ 0 .12ppm ,which is higher than driedsweet potato ,corn ,barley ,wheat ,rice ,soybeans and rapeseed ,so the tea is highselenium resources in human food chain links .80% ofSelenium from theSe -enriched teaare pro-tein organic selenium w hich is good forhuman .T heSe-enriched tea has reputation of“King of anticancer”and“King of antioxidant” ,because ithas the functions of anti -aging ,prevent cancer ,anti -cancer ,anti -radia-tion and improving the body immunity ,can effectively prevent Keshan disease ,Kashin-Beck disease ,myopi-a ,cataracts and other 40 kinds of diseases ,and alsohas very good health care function for smokers .This arti-cle introduces the functions of high Selenium tea ,and proposes that Guangxi should develop theSe -enriched teaunder the conditions of having dominantecological resources andgeographical location .%介绍了富硒茶的功能，根据广西富硒茶的现状提出了广西茶叶应在生态资源，地理区位占优势的条件下开发富硒茶，探讨了广西富硒茶的发展前景。
