The Japanese landscape originates from Chinese landscape ,but it integrates its local culture and ethnic characteristics ,which develops a unique Japanese style landscape .As Chinese landscape has a profound history ,to solve the problem of how to ensure the inheritance ,the article points out that some revelation can be got from the Japanese modern landscape .%指出了日本园林源于中国园林并融合本土的文化、民族特性自成一体，发展成为极具日本风格的园林。阐述了日本园林的历史脉络，探讨了日本园林对国内园林设计的借鉴作用，以期提供参考。
