采用自制的纳米蛭石改性剂对聚丙烯进行了改性,并对其拉伸性能、穿刺性能等物理力学性能、阻隔性能及热稳定性进行了测试。实验结果表明:改性剂可以明显提高聚丙烯的力学性能,当 EVM T 的含量达到2%时,其穿刺性能提高了500%;同时随着EVM T含量的增加,改性聚丙烯材料对氧气的阻隔性能显著提高,但透湿能力有多降低;当改性剂含量小于1%时,热稳定性随改性剂的含量增加而增加。%T he article adopts the self -made nano -vermiculite to modify the characteristics of polypropylene and tests the mechanical properties w hich include tensile property and puncture resistance ,barrier property and thermal stability .The experimental results show that the modifying agent can significantly improve the mechanical properties of polypropylene ;when the content of EVMT reaches 2% ,its puncture resistance in‐creases by 50% ;at the same time ,with the increasing content of EVAT ,the puncture resistance of modified polypropylene to oxygen also increases w hile the moisture permeable ability declines ;w hen the content of modifying agent is less than 1% ,the thermal stability increases with the increase of the content of modifier .
