外源激素复配对槭属植物生根能力的影响研究

     

摘要

According to the record ,there are more than 200 species of Acer and China has more than 140 spe‐cies w hich spread in northern and southern provinces .As a distribution center ,many characteristic tree spe‐cies are to be developed .In the mean time ,the research on the propagation technique is vital .The article se‐lects Acer henryi ,Acer pubinerve ,and Acer davidii as experimental materials and makes a research on cutting propagation techniques .The results are shown as follow :1 .By comparing of the rooting ability of the three Acer tree species ,the experiments results indicate that under the same condition ,the endogenous rooting a‐bility from strong to weak is Acer davidii ,Acer pubinerve and Acer henryi .2 .High concentrations of exoge‐nous hormone can increase the rooting rate and quality ,but this is not the best choice .A lower concentration of exogenous hormone is more conducive to enhance the rooting rate and quality .In this experiment ,the arti‐cle finds out that the mixed 500mg/L Naphthalene Acetic Acid and Indoles Butyric Acid (IBA) following the ratio of 1 :2 is the optimum formula ,which can not only enhance the survival rate of cuttings but also in‐crease the rooting number in plant's bark and callus .%选取建始槭、毛脉槭和青榨槭为实验材料,进行了扦插繁殖技术的研究。结果表明:在相同的处理条件下,树种内源生根能力由大到小依次为青榨槭>毛脉槭>建始槭;使用高浓度的外源激素虽然能提高插穗生根率和生根质量,但并非最优的选择。外源激素的低浓度配方更有利提高生根率和生根质量。试验中以500mg/L的萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸以1∶2混合为最优配方,不但可以提高扦插成活率,而且可以增加皮部和愈伤组织生根数。
