环境监理工作方法研究

摘要

Environment supervision was introduced into China through the Yellow River's Xiaolangdi key water -control project in 1995 .In 2002 ,since the state environmental protection administration and ministries established Notice about carrying out the pilot work of environmental supervision in key construction projects ,the environmental supervision work has been carried out in the provinces .At present ,the environment supervision work is at the exploratory stage . Combined with the working practices , the article is seeking for comprehensive and realistic methods of environmental supervision ,which aims to provide references for environmental supervision .%指出了我国从1995年在黄河小浪底水利枢纽工程开始引入环境监理工作，2002年国家环保总局会同各部委制定了《关于在重点建设项目中开展环境监理工作试点的通知》，环境监理工作在各省市陆续展开，目前仍处于摸索阶段。结合工作实践，探讨了全面、符合实际的环境监理工作方法，希望对环境监理工作提供参考。
