The floods as one of the most serious natural disasters which affects human production and living has brought huge casualties and economic losses to human beings.And mountainous area is one of the largest areas influences by the floods because of it's special topography and meteorologic hydrological conditions.This work started with four aspects including topography,meteorologic hydrological ,underlying surface and human's activities with mountainous area being research scale.Then weconducted index selection and quantitative classification aiming at each factor's influence on mountainous flood.Eventually we selected slope,ups and downs,the types of micro landform ,drainage density,rainfall in summer , soil type, vegetation coverage and the comprehensive degree of landuse as static indexes,confluence cumulants affected by different rainfall intensity as dynamic index.We discussed the acquisition method of each evaluation index detailly and divided the risk of flood in mountainous area count into four grades such as high,moderate,low and slight dangerous.The work established the index system of the comprehensive evaluation to flood risk in the mountainous area county.%洪灾作为影响人类最严重的自然灾害之一,给人类带来了巨大的伤亡和经济损失.而山区由于其特殊的地形地貌和气候水文条件,是洪灾形成且受洪灾影响最大的区域之一.以山区县域为研究尺度,从地形地貌、气象水文、下垫面和人类活动等4方面因素入手,针对每个因素对山区洪灾的影响机制,进行指标遴选及量化分级,最终选取坡度、起伏度、微地貌类型、河网密度、夏半年降雨量、土壤类型、植被覆盖度、土地利用综合程度等作为静态指标,将不同暴雨强度下的汇流累积量作为动态指标,详细探讨了各评价指标的获取方法并将山区县域洪灾危险划分为高、中、低和微危险4个等级,最终构建得到山区县域洪灾危险性综合评价指标体系.
