基于LS-DYNA的电镀CBN硬珩齿动态仿真分析

         

摘要

用标准渐开线电镀CBN硬珩轮加工齿轮后,一般情况下在工件齿形节圆附近会出现“中凹”误差,在齿根处会出现“挖根”误差.由于误差形成的因素较复杂,很难用解析法给出精确的计算.为此,利用Pro/E和ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,对电镀CBN硬珩齿加工过程进行了动态仿真分析.通过对分析结果的提取,得到了齿面上沿啮合点轨迹分布的等效应力值的数据表.由于等效应力与齿形误差有一定的联系,从而揭示了被珩齿面齿形误差形成的内在原因,确定了被珩齿面齿形误差的位置和程度.这为硬珩轮齿面进行必要的修形,提供了理论依据,得到的结果与实际加工相吻合.%When plating CBN hard gear-honing processing with standard involute tooth profile, generally there are a "mid concave" error near pitch circle of the work-piece tooth, and a "dig root" error near its root. Since the factors of the error formation are complex, it is difficult to calculate errors with an exact analytical method. Therefor, by the help of Pro/E and ANSYS/LS-DYNA software, the analysis of plating CBN hard honing process is dynamically simulated. Through picking up the datum from analysis results, the von mises stress distribution values are listed along engaging points on the tooth surface. Due to the existence of relations between the von mises stress and the tooth profile errors, the internal factors of the tooth profile error formation of work-piece can be revealed, and the location and extent of the tooth profile errors can also be discovered. It provides a theoretical basis for necessary modificatioin of the gear-honing-tool tooth profile, and the results are consistent with the actual processing.
