我国免费师范生教育硕士培养现存问题及解决策略--基于4所部属师范大学的调查研究

The opportunity for tuition‐free normal college graduates to enroll in master‐of‐education programs on a part‐time basis without entrance examination requirements promotes teacher education reform as well as students'professional development .It is important to achieve the intended objectives by fulfilling relevant tasks .This study investigates the main existing problems in the training of such students ,their causes ,and strategies for their solution so as to facilitate the teacher education reform .%允许免费师范毕业生免试在职攻读教育硕士专业学位是国家推进教师教育改革与发展的战略思考，是免费师范生个人促进职业发展的重要渠道。如何做好免费师范生教育硕士培养工作，实现既定培养目标，是值得深入思考和研究的。本文概述目前免费师范生教育硕士培养过程中存在的主要问题，分析问题产生的原因，并提出了相应的解决策略，以期为免费师范生教育改革实践助力。
