基于BIT技术的车载测图仪故障测试

摘要

In this paper, the maintainability design of vehicle-borne analytical photo apparatus with BIT (Built-In-Test) is reported. The practice shows that the effect of fault-test on vehicle-borne analytical photo apparatus is clear, that the maintainability is augmented, and that the availability is enhanced.%通过对车载测图仪进行故障自动测试设计，使其故障诊断效果更加明显，维修性得到增强，可用度得到提高。
