视觉变形测量方法及应用研究

     

摘要

For the shortcomings of shorter monitoring distance and low-level automation in vision measurement,we propose a deformation monitoring method based on shape matching,edge and region detection of the target.We design a monitoring mark suitable for the method,as well as corresponding algorithms.We choose SLR cameras to carry out experiments,and use continuous shooting smooth method and matching correction technology.We weaken measurement errors caused by environmental factors and reflector and shutter mechanical movement of camera.The visual deformation monitoring software is developed with VS2015 and QT programming platforms and C++ programming language.Long-term monitoring experiments are carried out.Our research is helpful for considering the feasibility,validity and monitoring precision of deformation monitoring method based on visual measurement.%针对现有视觉测量中监测距离较短、自动化程度不高等缺点,提出基于形状的目标识别、综合边缘和区域目标提取的视觉变形测量方法,设计了一款适用于该方法的监测标志以及与之相适应的变形计算算法.利用单反相机等普通数码相机开展相关实验,采用连续拍摄平滑及匹配校正技术,削弱由于受相机反光板和快门机械运动、环境等因素的影响而引起的测量误差.利用VS2015与QT编程平台及C++编程语言开发视觉变形监测软件,并进行长期监测实验,验证了基于视觉测量的变形监测方法的可行性、有效性以及监测精度.
