泡沫硬化剂在大隐静脉曲张以及毛细血管扩张症中的应用

ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical effects of foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of great saphenous vein varicosis and telangiectaia.Methods 41 cases with varicose veins and 32 cases with telangiectaia in lower extremities were treated with foam made by mist of Lauromacrogol and air. Results All cases were successfully treated.Average 9.5 ml of foam was used in each case of varicosis and 1.5 ml for telangiectaia.No severe complications were found.Among the cases of varicose, phlebitis was found in 15 cases and the local lumps of varicose veins in 12 cases. 18 cases of telangiectaia had a very good result, while residue was seen in 14 cases.Conclusion The effects of foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of great saphenous vein varieosis and telangiectaia is exact and the side effect is rare. But the long term result still needs to be improved.%目的：探讨泡沫硬化剂治疗大隐静脉曲张以及毛细血管扩张症的临床效果。方法选择41例下肢静脉曲张的患者以及32例毛细血管扩张症患者，行空气+聚桂醇制备而成的泡沫硬化剂注射。结果所有患者均成功接受治疗。静脉曲张患者平均每条患肢应用9.5ml泡沫硬化剂，毛细血管扩张患者平均应用1.5ml泡沫硬化剂。所有患者无严重并发症发生，静脉曲张患者15例存在静脉炎表现，12例有局部存留曲张静脉团块，毛细血管扩张患者18例效果良好，14例有一定程度残留病变。结论泡沫硬化剂疗法可有效治疗大隐静脉曲张以及毛细血管扩张症，效果确切，副作用轻微，但其远期治疗效果尚待进一步验证。
