摘要

The normal structures and mechanisms of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and C-erbB-2 oncogene are stated. Their expressions and significances in neoplasm, especially in gastric carcinoma are stressed. They are related to the growth, invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. VEGF or C-erbB-2 will become the important predictors and supervisors for the biological behavior and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.%介绍了血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、癌基因C-erbB-2的正常结构、作用、作用机理，以及VEGF、C-erbB-2在肿瘤，特别是胃癌组织中的表述及意义。两者均与胃癌的生长、浸润、转移有关，可望成为监测胃癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标。
