公共图书馆馆员在阅读推广活动中的作用

摘要

Reading is an important learning method at the contemporary knowledge economy society, and public library is the basic institution for the public reading, which closely and inseparably related to people＇s reading life. So public library should take the responsibility of leading people to read and constructs atmosphere of reading. To achieve this goal persistent, it depends on regularly holding reading outreach program by professional librarian of public library. Meanwhile, besides possessing relevant professional knowledge and correct service idea to hold outreach programmers, the librarian＇s function and orientation in these program should also be analysed and discussed.%阅读是当代知识经济社会里重要的学习方式，而公共图书馆是广大民众阅读的基本机构场所，与民众的阅读生活密不可分，公共图书馆应担负起引导民众阅读，营造阅读氛围的任务．要长久地实现这个目标．则要依赖于具有专业素质的公共图书馆馆员定期举办阅读推广活动．与此同时，馆员除了需具备举办阅读推广活动的相关专业知识能力与正确的服务理念之外，其在活动中所起作用与定位也值得分析探讨．
