甘肃陇南产植物苍耳茎叶挥发油成分分析

摘要

The volatile oil from the wild plant Xanthium sibiricun Patr is analyzed and determined through approaches of steam distillation and gas mass spectrometry.And 95 kinds of chemical composition are isolated and identified.The main chemical constituents are alkane,sesquiterpene lactones,aldehydes and ketones.%采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取苍耳挥发油,并用气相质谱联用技术对挥发油的化学成分进行了分析,共分离鉴定出95个化合物,其主要成分为烷类、倍半萜内酯及醛酮类等.
