H_2O_2、NaCl、SA处理对砂磨后甘草种子发芽特性的影响

         

摘要

研究了砂磨后H_2O_2、NaCl和SA溶液处理对甘草种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等发芽特性的影响.结果表明:甘草种子砂磨后经适宜浓度的H_2O_2、NaCl和SA处理均能显著促进种子萌发,其中,以0.4 mol·L~(-1)H_2O_2、50 mmol·L~(-1)NaCl和0.01 mmol·L~(-1)SA处理效果最好,种子发芽率较未经砂磨处理的种子分别提高244.1 %、264.7 %和269.8 %,发芽势分别提高279.5 %、334.0 %和320.4 %,发芽指数分别提高411.0 %、364.9 %和456.3 %,与单一砂磨处理比较也表现出明显促进种子萌发的效果.H_2O_2、NaCl和SA的3个最优浓度中,以0.01 mmol·L~(-1)SA处理的促甘草种子萌发效果最佳.%The germination rate,germination viability and germination index of liquorice seeds, which were treated with H_2O_2, NaCl and SA after sand grinding, were studied. The results indicated that 0. 4 mol ·L~(-1) H_2O_2,50 mmol ·L~(-1) NaCl and 0. 01 mmol ·L~(-1) SA were the best concentrations for improving liquorice seed germination rate. Compared with no sand grind treatment,the germination rates increased by 244.1 %,264. 7 % and 269. 8 % respectively,germination viabilities enhanced by 279. 5 %,334. 0 % and 320. 4 %,and germination indexes advanced by 411. 0 %,364. 9 % and 456. 3 %. 0. 01 mmol ·L~(-1) SA treatment combined with sand grind was best for liquorice seed germination. The seed germination ability in single sand grind treatment was higher than that in no sand grind treatment.
