白芥子药组对TAA诱导肝纤维化模型大鼠肝功能指标的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of different compatibility methods of Seeds of Brassica Alba, a traditional Chinese medicine, on the liver functions of rats within hepatic fibrosis.Methods: Male SD rats were randomly divided into 18 groups.In addition to the control group, each group was injected thioacetamide (TAA).The serum was collected and the levels of ALT、AST、AST/ALT、Alb、A/G、TP in the serum were measured after 8 weeks.Results: Compared with the model group, the serum AST was reduced in the high-dose group of seeds of Brassica Alba + Astragalus and the low-dose group of Seeds of Brassica Alba + Zedoary turmeric.Seeds of Brassica Alba middle-dose group, Seeds of Brassica Alba + Astragalus high dose group, Seeds of Brassica Alba + Astragalus + zedoary turmeric high-dose group serum Alb level increased.Five kinds of formula in serum A/G.TP also increased with unusual extent.There were no significant differences in serum ALT, AST/ALT among each group.Conclusion: All the Seeds of Brassica Alba medicine groups can improve the Hepatic fibrosis in TAA-induced rats of liver function.Among them, with Seeds of Brassica Alba middle-dose, Seeds of Brassica Alba + astragalus high dose group, Seeds of Brassica Alba + astragalus + zedoary turmeric low-dose group brought optimal effect.%目的:探讨中药白芥子不同配伍方法对肝纤维化模型大鼠肝功能的影响.方法:将雄性SD大鼠随机分为18组.除对照组外,各组均给予硫代乙酰胺(TAA)造模,连续给药8周后取血,分离血清,检测血清中ALT、AST、AST/ALT、Alb、A/G、TP含量.结果:与模型组比较,白芥子+黄芪高剂量组、白芥子+莪术低剂量组大鼠血清AST降低;白芥子中剂量组、白芥子+黄芪高剂量组、白芥子+黄芪+莪术低剂量组血清Alb水平升高;五种化痰组方对血清A/G、TP均有不同程度升高;各白芥子药组对ALT及AST/ALT差异无统计学意义.结论:各白芥子药组均能改善TAA诱导的肝纤维化大鼠的肝功能,其中以白芥子中剂量、白芥子+黄芪高剂量组、白芥子+黄芪+莪术低剂量组效果为优.
