企业社会责任实践、企业社会资本与利益相关者网络

摘要

Corporate social responsibility practices help to cumulate corporate social capital .Based on the review of previous re-lated studies, this paper firstly clarifies structures of corporate internal -external social responsibility practices and internal -external social capital from the perspective of stakeholder network , secondly analyzes their relationship so as to provide theoretical basis for coming empirical research and the intrinsic motivation for involving enterprises in assuming social responsibilities .%　　企业社会责任实践有助于企业社会资本的增加。在回顾前人相关研究文献的基础上，重点从利益相关者网络角度出发，明确企业内外部社会责任实践和内外部社会资本的划分，并对两者之间的促进关系机理进行理论推演，从而为后续的实证研究提供理论基础，为促进企业履行社会责任提供内在激励。
