热分解法制备纳米铜/石蜡相变驱动复合材料及性能∗

         

摘要

Nano-copper and nano-copper/paraffin composites was synthesized by thermal decomposition of copper (Ⅱ)formate-octylamine complexes precursor.The phase microstructure and thermophysical properties such as the phase change temperature and latent heat enthalpy were characterized by means of XRD,SEM,and DSC. The effects of the reaction temperature on morphology and the size of copper nanoparticles were investigated. The thermal sensitivity and thermal expansion of composites were also investigated.The results show that par-affin enwraps copper particles,improving the antioxidant ability of nano-copper particles effectively.The ther-mosensitivity of nanocopper/paraffin composites was significantly improved but the latent heat enthalpy,phase change temperature and volume expansibility of composites decreases as compared to that of the paraffin.%以甲酸铜-辛胺配合物为前驱体,采用热分解法单步制备了纳米铜及纳米铜/石蜡复合材料。通过 XRD、SEM 和 DSC 对复合材料的物相、微观形貌及相变温度和潜热进行了表征,讨论了反应温度对铜粒形貌、尺寸的影响,并对复合材料的热敏性和热膨胀性及影响因素进行了分析研究。结果表明,石蜡包覆在铜粒表面,能显著提高其抗氧化性。与纯石蜡相比,纳米铜/石蜡复合材料的热敏性明显提高,但其相变温度、潜热和体膨胀率则略有下降。
