高性能铜基合金的研究进展

摘要

高强度高导电性铜合金在现代电子技术和电工等领域具有广阔的应用前景，因而成为铜合金材料的研究热点之一。综述了获得高强高导电铜合金的研究进展，介绍了发展该类合金的最新技术及其研究现状。%The copper-based alloy with high-strength and high-conductivity performances has a wide application prospect in the fields of modern electronic technology and electricity transfers,which is attractive field in the study of copper-based material.The research progress of obtaining copper-based alloys with high-strength and high-conductivity was reviewed in this paper,and the advanced technologies and research actuality of the high-performance copper-based alloy are presented as well.
