采用原位共沉淀法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)纤维增强的羟基磷灰石(H A)/壳聚糖(CS)复合材料,利用正交实验研究了 HA含量、PLA纤维长度、PLA纤维含量对所制备样品力学性能的影响,得到优化的实验结果.方差分析正交实验结果表明,PLA纤维含量和PLA纤维长度对材料的力学性能影响显著(显著性水平P<0.05).使用扫描电子显微镜观察复合材料断口形貌并讨论主要因素对样品力学性能的影响机理.%PLA fiber reinforced HA/CS composite was synthesized via situ co-precipitate method.Effects on me-chanical properties of composite were studied by using orthogonal experiment.Fracture mechanism also put for-ward after analyzed SEM photograph.Result of the orthogonal experiment showed the factors PLA fiber con-tent and length of PLA fiber had significant effect on mechanical properties of the composite (P<0.05).The optimum composition was also got.
