采用模压和烧结的方法制备了氧化镁掺杂氧化锆/磷酸三钙复合材料.利用电子万能试验机对复合材料的机械性能进行测试,利用热分析仪、热膨胀仪、X 射线衍射仪、傅里叶光谱分析、扫描电镜研究复合材的料烧结行为、晶格结构、微观形貌.研究结果表明,随着烧结温度的升高和氧化镁含量的增加,机械性能逐渐增加;1400 ℃烧结,10%的氧化镁掺杂量,氧化锆/磷酸三钙复合材料的力学性能最佳,维氏硬度可达到6350 MPa,断裂强度可达到25 MPa;四方氧化锆相和液相的形成填充了材料内部的孔隙,有效提高了材料的力学性能;氧化镁的存在抑制了氧化锆的逆同素异构转变.%In this paper,MgO-adulterated-ZrO2/Ca3(PO4)2composite material was fabricated by mould pressing and sintering.Mechanical properties of the composite are characterized by electronic universal-testing machine. The sintering behaviour,crystal structure and microstructure of the composite are characterized by thermal ana-lyzer,thermal dilatometer,X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,respectively.Results show that the MgO content increases with the increase of sintering temperature,leading to improved mechanical properties.With 10% adulterated MgO content,ZrO2composite sintered at 1 400 ℃ displays optimum mechan-ical properties with Vickers hardness of 6 350 MPa and breaking strength of 25 MPa.Such performance is con-tributed by filled pores in the material by formed square ZrO2phase and the liquid phase.At the same time,the presence of MgO suppresses the allotropic transformation of ZrO2.
