马克思恩格斯的社会保障思想及其当代价值

摘要

A sound social security system is an important guarantee of social stability,economical development and national long-lasting peace.In the critical period of establishing a more equitable and sustainable social security system in China,it is paramount to review Karl Marx and Friedrich Engel’s thoughts on social security.Marx and Engel’s thoughts on social security can be divided into three levels,including the general discussions of social security,critical analysis of capitalist social security and predictive supposition of the social security of the future society.In the reform and de-velopment of social security,China should take Marx and Engels’s thoughts on social security as a guidance,adhere to the main position of public ownership,strengthen the country’s leading respon-sibility and improve the social security system to ensure the fairness,equitability and sustainability of the social security.%健全的社会保障制度是社会稳定、经济发展和国家长治久安的重要保证。在我国致力于建立更加公平、更可持续的社会保障制度的关键时期，重温马克思恩格斯的社会保障思想具有十分重要的意义。马克思恩格斯的社会保障思想可分为对社会保障的一般性论述、对资本主义社会保障的批判性剖析和对未来社会社会保障的预见性构想三个层次。以马克思恩格斯的社会保障思想为指导，我国在社会保障改革与发展实践中，应该坚持公有制的主体地位、强化国家的主导责任、完善社会保障制度，从而确保社会保障的公正、公平和可持续。
