伴随着中国城市化进程不断推进，城市犯罪以及由于城市化而导致的相关犯罪呈现高发态势。对此无论是以发展代价论、新陈代谢论与社会失范论为代表的宏观解释，还是以仇富心理、贫富加剧、外来人口等为代表的微观解释，都具有一定的偏颇性。因此，运用多学科知识来研究城市化进程中的犯罪现象，并基于中国国情，在系统思维的指引下探索一些犯罪治理对策，如有关制度完善、多元纠纷解决机制的开发，以及城市化文明成果的充分利用等，将为推动中国城市化的持续快速发展，提供重要保障。%Along with the China ’ s urbanization constantly promoted , urban crimes as well as other related ones are on the rise.There are two kinds of explanations:macro-explanation, mainly embodied in such theories as de-velopment vs.price, metabolism and social anomaly , and micro-explanation, mainly embodied in such theories as the resentment of the rich , widening income gaps and floating population .However , both of the explanations are distorted.Therefore, it’ s necessary to use multidiscipline knowledge to study the phenomenon of crimes in the process of urbanization , and based on China's national conditions , to explore some crime countermeasures , such as perfecting the system , developing multiple disputes settlement , and making full use of the civilization achieve-ments, under the guidance of systematic thinking .These measures will provide the important guarantee for promo-ting the sustained and rapid development of Chinese urbanization .
