论监狱安全稳定长效机制的构建

To ensure security is the basic function of the prison and the basic premise for the prisoners'correc-tion.Although more and more investment has been put into prison security, security incidents in supervision occur frequently.Therefore, it's necessary to explore new ways in building a prison security mechanism so as to make the most of various resources, and if we can form a different long-term mechanism to resolve contradictions and to pre-vent security incidents from happening, the quality of offenders'rehabilitation will be undoubtedly improved.%保障安全是监狱的基本功能，是罪犯改造的基本前提，虽然监狱用于安全防范的投资越来越多，但监管安全事故屡有发生，所以有必要研究探索监狱安全防范机制建设的新思路、新途径，使监狱管理的各项资源能得到优化利用，形成化解矛盾和防范事故的新机制，以确保监狱安全稳定的长效机制，促进罪犯改造质量的提高。
