Objective To investigate the effect of electrophysiological mechanism by which ischemia preconditioning(IP) in the right coronary artery of rabbit increases ventricular fibrillation threshold(VFT) during ischemia and reperfusion(IR). Methods The alterations of VFT in IP group(I 5 min+R 10 min+I 30 min+R 30 min) or IR group(I 30 min+R 30 min) were examined during ischemia and after reperfusion by means of RS2 programed electrical stimulation(PES) according to the sequential single stimulus principle. Results The alterations of VFT in IP group and IR group during ischemia were lower than those after reperfusion(P<0.01). Compared with the IR group, IP markedly increased VFT during ischemia and after reperfusion(P<0.01). Conclusion IP could increase VFT induced by IR.%目的探讨兔右冠脉缺血预适应(IP)对缺血再灌注心室肌室颤阈(VFT)的影响。方法采用RS2程序电刺激法,测量缺血再灌注(IR)组(I 30 min+R 30 min)及缺血预适应(IP)组(I 5 min+R 10 min+I 30 min+R 30 min)在缺血30 min内及再灌注30 min内VFT的变化。结果 (1)IR组及IP组于R 30 min内缺血再灌注心室肌VFT比自身I 30 min内缺血心室肌VFT升高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。(2)IP组缺血心室肌VFT于I 30 min、R 30 min内比IR组升高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 IP可提高缺血及再灌注心室肌的室颤阈。
