论统一战线在国家治理现代化中的地位和作用

统一战线服务国家治理现代化具有充分的现实依据、理论依据和内在依据，在国家治理现代化中占据着十分重要的地位。统一战线是国家治理现代化制度框架的重要构成，是国家治理现代化主体格局的重要力量，是国家治理现代化思维理念的重要源泉。这就必然决定了统一战线能够在国家治理现代化中发挥不可替代的重要作用，主要包括凝心聚力的团结作用、利益关系的协调作用、建言献策的智库作用、优化配置的整合作用。%The united front that serves the national modernized governance has sufficient good practical basis, theoretical basis and intrinsic basis, and occupies very important position in the modernization of national governance, the united front is an important composition of the national modernized governance of institutional framework, constitutes an important force in the national modernized governance of main body pattern, is the important source of the national modernized governance of thinking concept. These inevitably decide the united front can play an important role which has its own characteristics in the modernization of national governance, mainly including cohesion function of the unity of heart, coordinating role of interest relationship, bridge of making suggestions, and integration of optimal allocation.
