农户对于农业保险保费补贴政策的评价--基于Probit模型的实证分析

摘要

In 2013, in order to embody its principles, the central government has popularizing agricultural insurance premium subsidies to the country. This article is based on farmers , insurance premium subsidies to agriculture were expounded , from the cognitive perspective of farmers for the policy content , evaluation of farmers for agricultural insurance cost subsidy policy details , and using the Probit model , in view of the questionnaire survey results , to study the factors affecting farmers to buy agricultural insurance , and given the conclusion and policy Suggestions .%2013年，为了体现惠农原则，中央财政目前已将农业保险保费补贴政策推广至全国。本文基于农户立场，对于农业保险保费补贴政策进行了阐述，从农户对于该政策内容的认知角度入手，评价农户对于农业保费补贴政策具体内容的看法，并运用Probit模型，针对问卷调查结果，研究影响农户购买农业保险的因素，并结合得出的结论给出政策建议。
