绿僵菌对马尾松毛虫的感染反应分析

     

摘要

Two strains(M337 , M104 )of Metarhizium anisopliae at gradient doses in the suspension of 1.0 X 1011- 1.0 x 107 conidia·L-1 were bioassayed against larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus, and analyzed by contrasting with the biocontrol agent Beauveria bassiana ( Bb01 and Bb02). A time-dose-mortality model was applied to analyze the variation of mortality rates as affected by both time and dosage. The model showed considerable homogeneity in these isolates. 10 - 12 days after inoculation, the LC50 of strain M337 were 1.86x109, 1.52x108, 1.67 x107 conidia-L-1, respectively. With doses of 1.0 x 1011- 1.0 X 108 conidia·L-1 concentrations, the LT50 were 7.69 - 11.18 days. The results showed that strain M337 was highly virulent to D. Punctatus.%通过以金龟子绿僵菌菌株M337和M104系列浓度的分生孢子悬液(1.0×1011-1.0 ×107个孢子·L-1)对马尾松毛虫幼虫的体表接种试验,测定马尾松毛虫对供试菌株的感染反应.运用时间-剂量-死亡率模型,对死亡率随时间和剂量的变化作了拟合,并与球孢白僵菌(Bb01和Bb02菌株)进行比较.接种后第10-12天绿僵菌M337菌株的LC50分别为1.86×109、1.52×108和1.67×10 7孢子·L-1,在浓度梯度为1.0×1011-1.0×108孢子·L-1下的LT50为7.69-11.18 d.结果表明M337菌株对马尾松毛虫具有较强的致死作用.
