创新驱动发展战略与企业创新人才培养--继续教育发展的一个新视角

The 18 th National Congress of the CPC puts forward the strategy of innovation-driven development , and focu-ses on the development of continuing education .With the advent of the era of knowledge economy , continuing education is crucial to the cultivation of enterprise innovation talent in China .Therefore, we should have urgency sense , sensible concept , create a good atmosphere for continuing education , improve management system of continuing education in en-terprise , improve the performance of continuing education , and promote the cooperation between enterprise and school .%党的十八大提出创新驱动发展战略，客观上要求全社会重视和发展继续教育。继续教育对我国企业创新人才的培育具有重要的意义和作用，是知识经济时代加强企业创新人才培育的重要途径。要发挥继续教育的作用，贯彻实施创新驱动发展战略，促进企业创新人才培养，必须树立企业人才忧患意识，转变思想观念，营造加大企业继续教育力度的良好氛围；完善企业继续教育的培训管理制度，规范企业继续教育的发展，提高继续教育的绩效；鼓励实行“企校联姻”和厂校联合办学等继续教育新途径。
