农村居民点空间再生产效应研究--以江苏省泗洪县瓦房社区为例

摘要

通过在江苏省泗洪县瓦房社区的实地调研，结合空间生产理论构建了政府、企业、农民三类利益主体框架，分析政府主导下农村居民点空间再生产的积极和消极效应。据此，提出了应在尊重实际需要的基础上，培养农民参与和监督热情，在政策方面健全农村建设用地利益共享机制，并完善新型农村社区服务功能，以优化农村居民点空间再生产模式，提高新型农村社区宜居水平。%According to a survey on the tile community in Sihong County of Jiangsu Province,and the space production theory,a framework with three stakeholders such as government,enterprise and farmers is built.The positive and negative effects of space re-production in the rural settlements led by government are analyzed.Accordingly,it is proposed to cultivate farmers′enthusiasm of participation and supervision based on the actual needs of the region,consummate benefit-sharing mechanisms in terms of policy on the rural land for construction,and improve the new rural community service functions,so as to optimize the space reproduction mode in rural settlements and improve livable level of the new rural community.
