凡纳滨对虾对哈维氏弧菌不同攻毒方式的响应

     

摘要

Litopenaeus vannamei with 3.5 cm body length was infected by Vibrio harveyi with the methods of injection and dipping, the accumulative mortalities within 7 days were investigated.The change of gut histological structure and the dynamics of Vibrio num-ber in the gut were studied by tissue slice. The results showed that the accumulative mortality of L.vannamei in high concentration (107CFU·mL-1) dipping treatment was the highest with about 68%;while that in high concentration(107CFU·mL-1) injection treatment was about 62%. The Vibrio number in the gut of L.vannamei infected increased significantly,the increase in dipping treat-ment was earlier and larger than that in injection treatment;the Vibrio number in the gut decreased and stabilized over time. The gut histological structure of L.vannamei infected was damaged seriously within a short time in the treatment of high concentration with the epithelial cells degraded and collapsed,mucosal folds exfoliated, as well as the muscular layer damaged, which were not repaired during the test.%通过注射和浸浴2种方式,使体长约3.5 cm的凡纳滨对虾感染哈维氏弧菌,测定7 d内各组对虾死亡率;通过组织切片探究肠道组织结构变化,并对肠道内容物中弧菌数量进行监测.结果表明:高浓度(107CFU·mL-1)浸浴组的对虾死亡率最高,约68%;高浓度(107CFU·mL-1)注射组对虾死亡率约62%.被感染的对虾肠道中弧菌数量明显增多,浸浴组比注射组弧菌数量增加时间较早且幅度较大;随着时间延长对虾肠道中的弧菌数量发生回落,且趋于稳定.感染哈维氏弧菌后对虾肠道组织受到损伤,2种感染方式均呈现高浓度处理下短时间内受损加重,上皮细胞溃散,黏膜褶皱处发生不同程度的脱落,肌层发生损伤,且试验期间未能修复.
