The current rural cadre team has been improved in the team 's legitimacy, structure and ability, but there still existed some problems, such as team's structure further optimization, the rela- tively lagging of their awareness of democracy and law, the complex factional fighting and the lack ca- pacity of social management and etc.. Facing these main problems, it can start from two aspects of sub- ject and object, continuously promote and enhance the awareness and ability of the rural cadres from the subjective aspect, further regulate and expand the administration and governance of the rural cadre team.%当前农村干部队伍在队伍的合法性、结构、能力等方面得到了一定的改善,不过,农村干部队伍存在的问题依然不少,如队伍结构还需进一步优化、民主法治观念较为滞后、派系斗争较为复杂、社会管理能力较为欠缺等。面对农村干部队伍建设存在的主要问题,可以从农村干部的主客观两方面着手：在主观方面不断提升、改善农村干部队伍的理念和能力;在客观方面进一步规范、拓展农村干部队伍的治村和理政。
