伴随着互联网与信息技术的快速发展和普及,网络平台已成为网民发布信息、发表言论与观点、表达情绪的最直接渠道.面对突发事件,如何进行网络舆情监测与正确引导是维持社会稳定的一项重要工作.采用基于时间序列的社会网络分析方法,以"山东非法疫苗案"为例,通过对该突发事件发展过程中网络舆情传播的社会网络的密度、平均度、聚类系数等整体指标的计算,分析了该舆情传播网络的演变情况和舆情传播网络的关键节点.研究发现,随着突发事件的发展,舆情传播的社会网络结构也存在明显的时序性和阶段性特征,不同阶段的主要网络节点(网民)状态也不相同.基于此,可以为相关部门对突发事件网络舆情的监管与疏导提供参考.%With the rapid development of network and information technology and popularization, the network platform has become the most direct channel for the Internet users to publish information, comments and views, and express their emotions.It is a very important task for maintaining social stability to monitor and guide the online public opinion in the face of emergency.The structural change of emergency communication network and key nodes of network are analyzed based on the theory of the Social Network Analysis and Time series, taking a case of "Illegally Trading Vaccines in Shandong", and through computing the density, the average degree, the clustering coefficient of whole network.The study shows that with the development of the emergency, the social network structure of the public opinion dissemination also has obvious timing and stage characteristics, and the main network nodes in different stages are different.Based on this, it can provide a reference for relevant departments to supervise and control the network public opinion.
