两种方式治疗Sanders II、III型跟骨骨折的疗效比较

Objective:To compared the therapeutic effect of plastic titanic aloy plate intemal fixation and locking plate external fixation for treating calcaneal fracture of Sandem type I ~II. Methods:36 Sanders I ~II type calcaneal fracture cases with 43 feet were divided into group A and group B randomly. Cases in group A were treated by open reduction and plastic titanic aloy plate intemal fixation, while those in group B were treated by locking plate external fixation. Bohler and Pefies angles were measured and analyzed in preoperative and postoperative.Al cases were folowed up for 10 to 24 months and the therapeutic effect were evaluated.Results: The Bohler and Pefies of both two groups angles were recovered in postoperative, and there was significant difference compared with those in preoperative(P<0.01). The satisfactory rate was 71.4% in group A, much better than that of 54.5% in group B(P<0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of open reduction and plastic titanic aloy plate intemal fixation is better than locking plate external fixation for Sanders I、Ⅲ type caleanetls fractures.%　　目的比较可塑性跟骨钛钢板和锁定钢板外固定治疗Sanders I、II型跟骨骨折的效果.方法将36例Sanders I、II型跟骨骨折(共43足)随机分为A、B两组,A组采用可塑性跟骨钛钢板治疗,B组采用锁定钢板外固定治疗.测量术前术后Bohler角和Peries角；随访10~24个月,评价患足术后功能.结果两组术后Bohler角和Peries角均明显恢复,与术前比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)；Maryland足部评分系统显示：A组术后优良率为71.4%,B组为54.5%,A组术后效果明显优于B组(P<0.05).结论采用切开复位可塑性跟骨钛钢板固定治疗Sanders I、II型跟骨骨折的效果优于锁定钢板外固定.
