目的：了解宜兴市近5年育龄妇女死亡的原因和相关因素，为政府有针对性地采取干预措施提供依据，更好地指导妇女卫生工作。方法：对宜兴市2008～2012年育龄妇女死亡的相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果：2008～2012年宜兴市共监测管理育龄妇女1525728例，发生死亡1149例，育龄妇女死亡率为75.31/10万，死亡的前5位原因分别是恶性肿瘤、意外事故、心脑血管疾病、神经系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病，其中恶性肿瘤的前5位依次是胃癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、子宫癌，意外事故的前3位依次是交通事故、自杀、溺水。结论：育龄妇女的死因以恶性肿瘤为首位，其次为意外事故和心脑血管疾病。加强育龄妇女身心健康教育，防止恶性肿瘤、意外事故及心脑血管疾病的发生，有效降低育龄妇女死亡率。%Objective : To understand the main causes of maternal death in Yixing in the last 5 years , to provide basis for the government to take related interventions specifical y , to guide work on women's health care better. Methods :The monitoring data of reproductive women's deaths in Yixing city from 2008 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively . Results: 1525728 reproductive women were surveyed in Yixing from 2008 to 2012 , and 1149 of them died , the mortality rate of reproductive women was 75.31/100000 . The first five causes of death were malignant tumors , accidents respectively , cardiovascular system diseases , nervous system diseases , urinary system diseases . From them , the top five tumors were stomach cancer , lung cancer , breast cancer , liver cancer , womb cancer . The top three accidents were traffic accidents , suicides accounted , drowning . Conclusion: The first cause of the death for reproductive women is malignant tumors. The second and the third are traffic accidents and cardiovascular system diseases . To reinforce health education and health screening , and to prevent malignant tumors , accidents respectively and cardiovascular system is the key to reduce the death rate of reproductive women.
