西地那非对高原人体耐缺氧抗疲劳的现场研究

     

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of sildenafil on anoxic resistance and anti- weariness at high altitude. Methods 10 male youths who stayed at altitude 3700m .They were asked to load exercise before (comparison group) and after (experiment group) take sildenafil, SOD, MDA, BLA and BUN were tested after exercise. Results Compared with comparison group, SOD in experiment group was increased, there was significant difference (P<0.01), but MDA、BLA and BUN were reduced, there was significant difference (P<0.01, or P<0.05). Conclusion Sildenafil can reinforce activity of anti-oxidation and accelerate elimination of lactic acid at high altitude,so it have the effect of anoxic resistance and anti-weariness.%  目的探讨西地那非对高原人体耐缺氧抗疲劳的作用。方法在海拔3700m选择10名已习服半年的男性士兵,采用服药前(对照组)后(实验组)的自身对比运动负荷双盲实验。运动结束检测血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸(BLA)和尿素氮(BUN)的含量。结果海拔3700m负荷运动,实验组较对照组SOD增高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01); MDA、BLA、BUN降低,有显著性差异(P<0.01或0.05)。结论西地那非可增强高原运动机体抗氧化的能力,加速乳酸清除,具有抗疲劳耐缺氧的作用。
