    • 摘要: 目的:200m间歇跑是女子800m项目主要的速度耐力训练手段之一,探索女子800m亚运会冠军王春雨200m间歇训练的最佳训练间歇时间,对提高速度耐力训练的效能至关重要。方法:把王春雨在国内大型比赛后血乳酸峰值的40-50%设定为间歇训练适宜恢复范围(约8-9mmol/L),应用血乳酸(BLA)对其200m间歇跑训练的间歇时间进行跟踪监测和分析。结果:(1)200m全力跑BLA恢复到8-9mmol/L需要5-15min;(2)95%强度要求的2组200m间歇跑后BLA恢复到8-9mmol/L需要10-15min;(3)85%强度要求的4-6组200m间歇跑后BLA恢复到8-9mmol/L需要3-5min;(4)赛前训练期800m测试赛后BLA恢复到8-9mmol/L需要15min以上;(5)王春雨参加女子800m各类重大比赛后BLA恢复到8-9mmol/L需要20min以上。结论:(1)不同强度要求的200m间歇跑可以提高王春雨800m速度耐力水平;(2)王春雨速度耐力训练的耐乳酸最低恢复点为8-9mmol/L比较适宜;(3)不同组数、不同强度要求的200m间歇跑训练要因人而异;(4)应用BLA可以准确把握速度耐力训练间歇时间,对运动成绩的稳步提高具有促进作用。

    • 摘要: 目的:借鉴美国药品风险评估与减轻策略,为我国探索建立良好的药品风险控制体系提供参考.方法:概述美国药品风险评估与减轻策略,分析风险评估与减轻策略的实施现状,学习其实践经验RE MS药房门户网站,为我国相应机制的建立提供借鉴.结果与结论:美国药品风险评估与减轻策略的实践始终坚持"保证药品效益大于风险"的原则,将患者使用药品的风险降至最小化,提高药品信息的透明度,减少和预防药品上市后不良反应事件的发生和危害,完善对药品的全生命周期监管.我国可以借鉴美国经验,立足中国医疗卫生体制现状,探索建立符合发展要求的医疗联动网络.

    • 摘要: With experiment, 26 free defense major college students’ CK, BLA and T have been monitored. The result shows that there is no obvious difference in CK, BLA and T between athletes and non-athletes. After training, the density of CK, BLA and T has increased greatly, but CK and BLA have decreased with the adjustment to training loads and T also has reduced after heavy training loads. For individual athlete, the level of CK、BLA、T matters to them. On the base of this, the professional competitive ability can be better analyzed and more scientific reference for training will be gained.%通过实验法对临沂大学体育学院26名散打专业学生在训练中血清肌酸酶CK、血乳酸BLA、血清乳酸脱氢酶LDH、血清皮质醇C、血睾酮T的生化指标进行了监测。结果显示:散打运动员CK、BLA、LDH、C、T基础值与我国普通男子无显著性差异。专项训练开始后CK、BLA、LDH、C和T的浓度显著变化, CK、BLA、LDH、C值随着运动员对训练负荷的适应降低,而大运动负荷后可导致运动员T值下降,对运动员个体而言,CK、BLA、C、LDH、T指标与自身比较意义更大。由此更能清楚地分析队员现实状态下的专项竞技能力,从而为科学训练提供参考依据。

    • 摘要: Aim Aconitine and its structurally-related diterpenoid alkaloids have been shown to interact differential- ly with neuronal voltage-dependent sodium channels and be responsible for their analgesia and toxicity. Bulleya- conitine A ( BAA or BLA) is an aconitine analog and has been prescribed for the management of pain. The present study aimed to evaluate the inhibitory effects of BAA on pain hypersensitivity and morphine anti-nociceptive toler- ance, and explore whether the release of dynorphin A from spinal microglia was associated with its mechanism of actions. Methods Rat models of neuropathic pain, formalin test and bone cancer pain were used, and spinal dynorphin A level and expression were measured. Sample size of animals was six in each study group. Resultes A single intrathecal or subcutaneous (but not intraventricular or local) injection of BAA blocked spinal nerve liga- tion-induced painful neuropathy, bone cancer-induced pain and formalin-induced hyperalgesia by 60% - 100% with the ED50 values of 94 - 126 ng/rat (intrathecal) and 42 - 59 μg · kg^-1 ( subcutaneous), respectively. Follow- ing chronic treatment, BAA did not induce either self-tolerance to anti-nociception or cross-tolerance to morphine anti-nociception, and completely prevented morphine tolerance. Spinal BAA anti-nociception, but not neurotoxici- ty, was completely blocked by the specific microglial inhibitor minocycline. In a minocycline-sensitive and lido- BAA stimulated the release of dynorphin A from the spinal cord, and the caine- or ropivacaine-insensitive manner, primary culture of microglia but not from neurons or astrocytes. The blockade effects of BAA on nociception and morphine tolerance were completely blocked by the specific dynorphin A antiserum and/or K-opioid receptor antago- nist. Conclusions Our results demonstrated that BAA eliminated pain hypersensitivity and morphine tolerance through the direct stimulation of dynorphin A release from spinal microglia, which was not dependent on the interac- tions with sodium channels.

    • 摘要: Objective To explore the effect of sildenafil on anoxic resistance and anti- weariness at high altitude. Methods 10 male youths who stayed at altitude 3700m .They were asked to load exercise before (comparison group) and after (experiment group) take sildenafil, SOD, MDA, BLA and BUN were tested after exercise. Results Compared with comparison group, SOD in experiment group was increased, there was significant difference (P<0.01), but MDA、BLA and BUN were reduced, there was significant difference (P<0.01, or P<0.05). Conclusion Sildenafil can reinforce activity of anti-oxidation and accelerate elimination of lactic acid at high altitude,so it have the effect of anoxic resistance and anti-weariness.%  目的探讨西地那非对高原人体耐缺氧抗疲劳的作用。方法在海拔3700m选择10名已习服半年的男性士兵,采用服药前(对照组)后(实验组)的自身对比运动负荷双盲实验。运动结束检测血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸(BLA)和尿素氮(BUN)的含量。结果海拔3700m负荷运动,实验组较对照组SOD增高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01); MDA、BLA、BUN降低,有显著性差异(P<0.01或0.05)。结论西地那非可增强高原运动机体抗氧化的能力,加速乳酸清除,具有抗疲劳耐缺氧的作用。
