Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of omeprazole and cimetidine in treatment of stress gastric ulcer.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 cases of stress ulcer in patients with clinical data, using the method of random number table of all patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (25 cases) were treated with omeprazole, the observation group used omeprazole combined with cimetidine in the treatment, after four weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups of therapeutic effect. Results In the observation group and the control group of patients with acid reflux, heartburn, pain, belching, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension clinical symptoms were effectively relieved. Through regular follow-up patients in the observation group healing rate was 96%(24 / 25) and the control group of patients the 84.00% (21 / 25) significant differences when compared, the difference between the two groups of data with statistical significance (P < 0.05); observation group patients clinical adverse reaction rate is 4.00% (1 / 25). In the control group, patients clinical adverse reaction rate is 4.00% (1 / 25), no significant difference between the two groups of data, do not have statistical significance (P > 0.05).Conclusion Clinical in patients with stress gastric ulcer by omeprazole combined with cimetidine in the treatment can achieve ideal treatment effect, the method without obvious adverse reactions, it is worth for clinical use.%目的：比较研究奥美拉唑和西咪替丁治疗应激性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析50例应激性胃溃疡患者临床资料，采用随机数表的方法所有患者随机分成两组，对照组25例患者仅采用奥美拉唑进行治疗，观察组采用奥美拉唑联合西咪替丁进行治疗，治疗四周后比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组和对照组患者反酸、疼痛、嗳气、恶心呕吐、腹胀等临床症状均得到有效缓解。通过定期随访观察组患者愈合率为96.00%（24/25）与对照组患者的84.00%（21/25）相比差异显著，两组数据差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者临床治疗的不良反应率为4.00%（1/25），对照组患者临床治疗的不良反应率为4.00%（1/25），两组数据差异不显著，不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：临床上对于应激性胃溃疡患者采用奥美拉唑联合西咪替丁治疗能取得较为理想的治疗效果，该方法无明显不良反应，值得临床推广使用。
