锁定加压接骨板LCP应用MIPPO技术治疗胫骨远端粉碎性骨折25例疗效分析

摘要

Objective To discuss the treatment of distal tibia comminute fracture with LCP through the minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) technique.Methods Twenty-five cases of distal tibia comminute fracture were treated with LCP through MIPPO technique.And then the efectiveness was analyzed and assessed.Results All 25 cases entire group had one-stage wound healing except 4 cases need two-stage skin petal transplant due to severe open and soft tissue injuries around the tibia fracture , and were in the absence of infections and internal fixation plate loosening and bone not healing.Conclusion LCP were used for treating distal tibia comminute fractur with MlPPO which protected the blood supply of the bone fracture and the soft tissue, It has accord the Biological internal fixed idea and could promote the bone healing and reduce the complication .It was a more advantage method to treatment the bone fracture.%目的：探讨LCP应用MIPPO技术治疗胫骨远端粉碎性骨折的治疗方法。方法：采用锁定接骨板(LCP)应用MIPPO技术治疗胫骨远端粉碎性骨折25例，对其疗效进行评估。结果：本组25例病人中，4例因周围软组织严重损伤，出现胫前皮肤坏死，二期皮瓣移植愈合外其余均一期愈合，无感染及内固定松动及骨不连等并发症。结论：应用MIPPO技术的LCP固定胫骨远端骨折，保护了胫骨骨折端及周围软组织血运，符合生物学内固定理念，促进骨折愈合，减少并发症等优点，是一种较先进的骨折治疗方法。
