高频彩超诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大的临床意义

目的:探讨高频彩色超声对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断价值.方法:使用高频超声经腹壁对患儿腹腔进行检查.结果:高频彩超表现为中下腹部腹腔淋巴结肿大、增多,CDFI显示淋巴结内血流增多.结论:高频彩超可作为小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的首选诊断方法推广使用.%To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency color ultrasound mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.
