感觉神经植入猴失神经无毛皮肤后机械感受器再支配研究

     

摘要

AIM:The purposes of the present study were:①to observe the reinnervating process of denervated mechanoreceptors in monkeys′ glabrous skin following sensory nerve implantation,and ②to evaluate the electrophysiological function of the reinnervated mechanoreceptors.METHODS:Single nerve fibre recording technique was used to investigate the number and sensitivity of rapidly and slowly adapting reinnervated mechanoreceptors at 2,3,5,8 and 12 months after the operation.RESULTS:In this experiment,the most active period of reinnervating was 2 to 3 months,but the thresholds of newly regenerated receptors were much higher than those of the normal.After a maturing phase,the denervated mechanoreceptors seemed to be reinnervated in 12 months by the implanted sensory nerve with a satisfactory density and sensitivity,though the conduction velocity was not rehabilitated.In the whole process of reinnervation and maturity,the rapidly adapting mechanoreceptors regenerated more easily and better than the slowly adapting ones.CONCLUSION:The results suggest that cutaneous mechanoreceptors in monkeys′ denervated glabrous skin can be reinnervated with a satisfactory recovery in sensory function after nerve implantation.%目的:观察猴失神经无毛皮肤中机械感受器在感觉神经植入后的再支配过程,评价再支配感受器的电生理功能.方法:采用神经单纤维引导技术,研究在感觉神经植入术后2,3,5,8,12 mo时,获得神经再支配机械感受器的快慢适应性、敏感性及检出率变化.结果:神经植入术后2 mo~3 mo是再支配的活跃期,但新生感受器的阈值明显高于正常对照组.经过一个不断成熟的过程,术后12 mo时原失神经皮肤内获得再支配的机械感受器具有满意的密度和敏感性.在整个再支配和成熟过程中,快适应机械感受器比慢适应机械感受器更容易再生和成熟.结论:猴失神经无毛皮肤内的机械感受器,在感觉神经植入术后12 mo能获得满意的神经再支配.
