Latin American countries have experienced many financial crises,and their economic and financial pol-icies are strongly macro-prudential-oriented. These experience means a lot to China which is also gradually opening its financial system. This paper summarizes the policy response to financial crisis in 2008 adopted by the Latin American countries, and analyses the character of these polices from three perspectives, namely, preventing the contagion of foreign exchange risk, perfecting the operation of provisioning and attaching importance to the institutional construc-tion. Finally, this paper argues that the Chinese government should pay attention to the institutional construction and wins its people's trust in the government's counter-cyclical macro-prudential regulation policy so as to effectively guaran-tee the stability of the financial system.%拉丁美洲国家多次经历金融危机，其经济金融政策具有很强的宏观审慎导向性质，这些经验同样对逐渐开放金融体系的中国具有借鉴意义。本文总结了2008年金融危机后拉丁美洲国家的政策应对，并从防止外汇市场风险传染、拨备制度运行完善和重视制度层面建设三个方面论述了其应对金融危机的特征，认为中国政府应加强制度层面建设，增强逆周期宏观审慎调控政策的公信力，才能有效保证金融体系稳定。
