胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤的外科治疗进展

摘要

Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm is the most common type of neuroendocrine neoplasms. There is a variety of treatment methods, but surgical treatment is still the only chance to cure it. Although the therapeutic effect of surgery has been good in recent years, the timing, the method and the scope of surgery are still controversial. Domestic and international literatures were collected to summarize and analyze the surgical treatments of GEP-NENs, which can guide our clinical practice.%胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤是神经内分泌肿瘤中最常见的一类。尽管治疗手段多样化，外科手术仍是唯一可能获得治愈的方式。近年来其外科治疗效果良好，但是手术时机、方式、范围等问题仍存在较大的争议。通过复习国内外胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤外科治疗的相关文献，对外科治疗进展进行综述，分析总结各部位胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤的外科治疗方式，指导临床实践。
