从利比亚战争看引进装备维修保障

摘要

针对引进装备维修保障问题,从利比亚战争中利方引进装备维修保障现状入手,分析其在国际武器贸易关系变化、维修保障主动权和自主保障能力生成3个方面存在的问题,对我军引进装备维修保障问题进行反思,提出对策建议.%This paper directs against the imported equipment maintenance support, starts with Libyan imported equipment status quo on Libyan War and analyzes the three main problems existed in its army imported equipment maintenance support which are the international weapon trade relation transformation, the initiative of maintenance support and the independent support ability. Then it rethinks the problems existed in our army imported equipment maintenance support and probes into appropriate measures.
